Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

A guy called all of my neighbor and me and wanted to know if we had seen our one neighbor drive.Our neighbor threatned him with a knife somewhere else and they went to court and the neighbor testified underoath he has not driven in years. We all said yes and he asked us if we would testify. we told him no and he told us he would supoena us. Can he have his lawyer do this?

Yes. You have to be paid a witness fee and mileage but you may certainly be subject to a subpoena.
