Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
suspect in burglary
I am the main suspect in a box that is missing from my grandfathers. I have gave 2 statements already and was called to come back in for more questions. Do i have to get questioned again or do i have the right to refuse?

Re: suspect in burglary
You always have the right to remain silent. Remaining silent is a good idea. You need to stop giving statements. Shouldn't have given the ones you did.

My advice would be never to talk to the police, unless you had a lawyer present. Even then its probably best to be very limited in what you say.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
