Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
suspended license
i was pulled over while driving with a suspended license and was wondering how to plead at the magistrate. it was suspended in 2005 due to DUI. i would like to avoid jail time and have house arrest instead, im worried if i plead guilty that i will have to just take the sentence they give me.

Re: suspended license
i believe with the assistance of an attorney you can avoid most of that and receive a fine and maybe a reduced license suspension. Please call our office to set up an appointment for a free consultation.
