Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
i went to a tax sale and i gave a check for a propety the check bounced and i nolonger want the property since it is landlocked i am being taken criminally for a bad check charge is there anyway to get out of it

Under the law a bounced check becomes a bad check if you didn't make the check good with in 10 days of being notified by the person taking your check that it bounced.
You should have done the research on the property before buying it.
