telephone harassment

i was arrested this past weekend and jailed on 5,000 dollar bond, and am being charged with 60 counts of telephone harassment of my ex girlfriend,i did this once be for and was on prob. and i was on prob.when i was most recently arrested is there any pleas i can cop.or am i looking at striaght jail time
