my tenant's boyfriend was arrested for selling drugs at my property. His name isn't on the lease. the city where I live is threatening to take my property. What are my rights

You can definitely fight this..There is an arm of the DA's office that handles these matters. A motion can be filed to prevent it and give yourself a chance to show you had no knowledge that this was going on and save your property.
