Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I was terminated from a major retail store for transacting on my own return. I was accused of not returning the product. I was also denied umeployment. At the unemployment hearing the employer rep admitted that the merchandise was returned. The PD's office was informed but has not subpoena the tape. The prosecutors office is offering ARD program, 2 yrs. probation, 35 cs hrs, cc, maintain FT emply. Until I can prove my innocense, what are the consequences of accepting this offer. How will this affect my ability to find employment and what if I want to pursue wrongful termination in the near future?

ARD is great because you are not accepting guilt. Once you complete all that is required of you, your record will be clear. However, the 2 years probation is a little bit high. I would ask if they could get it down to 4-6 months, because until this is off your record it will come up when you seek employment.
