Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
terroristic threats
my 10yr old nephew was threatened by a neighbor (who is constantly at odds with all neighbors) to get off the street or he would kill him. the man does have several guns and my nephew was immediately scared , told his mother and she contacted police. what can they expect from their upcoming hearing?

It is difficult to say. A lot depends on whether the police filed a Criminal Complaint and the charges that are listed. If the charge was Terroristic Threats he may be held for Court or the Assistant D.A. may decide to reduce the charges and let him plead to a lesser summary charge.
