Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Theft by stealing
They say they have a video.They cant send it to my public defender.It is in there computer.How can it be used in court if it cant be brought to court.My att. And me can go to there office to see it but can not view it alone.One of there employees must run the computer.What kind of questions can i ask my att. With them there?

You need to discuss this with your Public Defender. It is a lot easier these days to use videos in Court but I think you are entitled to a copy of the video on discovery. If it is on a computer it is digitally recorded and it is a simple matter for them to burn a disc to give to your Public Defender.
