Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Theft

Two years ago I was charged with impersonation of a police officer, and I�m on parole for it. My parole is up in 1 month. I just learned the other day some of the items I have been selling on ebay are stolen and i wont turn in the people i got it from....what am i looking at? How much jail time and will getting a lawyer make a big difference.?

Your question, as I read it, indicates that you did not know that the items were stolen, that the police are trying to get the names of the people that you got the items from, and that you won't give the police the names.

If I'm reading the question correctly, you should immediately contact a private attorney in your area or the public defender's office. You may be going back to prison to serve the balance of your original sentence as well as getting sentenced on new charges. Also, if you were selling the items on e-bay, you could be hit with federal charges.
