Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Is there such a thing as double jeopardy? My boyfriend was arrested on drug charges in one county. let out on bail the next day and arrested the following day on the same and additional charges in another county. Since then he has been incarcerated without bail. Also is there such a thing as the 180 day law referring to bail.

Yes but what it means is that you can't be tried for a crime more than once.
There is rule of criminal procedure that would allow for an application for bail after 180 days. Note that delays based on defense requests do not count towards the 180 days.
