Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Threat?

Hi, there is this guy that has been trying to brain wash my wife into being with him which in the past has succeded in the past. He won't go away and numerous times has nearly caused destruction of my family. I came across an email to my wife that said this ''by the way ... I am being asked if I want to make him disappear ... if he does not stop - I will consider it.'' Meaning if I don't stop interfering with him trying to come between my wife and I. I am seriously bothered by this considering I was told by my wife that he has connections to do so. Is this considered a serious threat. I know I feel threatened and considering he is back to emailing her again I fear he won't stop. Also is it illegal to look at my wifes email if I am married to her and it is in my home?

Thanks so much.

Re: Threat?

As far as reading your wife's e-mail in your home, I'm not sure if that is legal or not. However, I don't think you should worry about that if you really believe this guy is going to kill you. If it were me, I think I'd go to the police and start looking for a good divorce lawyer.
