PA does not have a three strikes and your out law...any criminal charges and criminal sentencing, if you either plead guilty or are convicted of the said charges are based on a sentence score. Sentencing looks at a broad range of factors including any prior convictions as well as your status in the community and whether the court believes you are a risk or benefit to the community.

If you have been charged with a crime I recommend you immediately discuss this matter with legal counsel! Especially if it is a second or additional offense.
