Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Throing rock

My nephew is accused of throwing a rock and hitting an 8 yr old girl with a rock. He is 20 yrs old. A women says she saw him throw the rock. He didn't do it. We went to see the family of the little girl and the girl said that he didn't throw the rock, that some boys from across the street were the ones that threw the rock. We were told the charges were going to be droped, but that hasn't happened and the court date is 7/28/08. The mother of the girl is not the lady that says she saw him throw the rock. She has said that she saw him from her porch, later she said she saw him from her window, then from sitting in her chair through the living room. window. What do we do?

Re: Throing rock

You just have to go to the Hearing. You may want to have an attorney there.
