Time Served

Do you lose your time served if you get bailed out after serving 5 1/2 months? There were charges in 3 different counties, but now 1 county has all charges run concecutive.

Time served is time served and can only be lost if you are found not guilty and there are no pending charges to which it may apply. As to its application if the judge issues consecutive sentences it would only apply to one of the charges. I offer free consultations.
