Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Today 8/28 while I was at work a code enforcement agent came to my home. No one was there so I did not know until I got home from work. He then called me and said he got a phone call about an open window on the second floor and wanted to check if the home was abandoned. Without my permission he entered my home and did what they call a security check. He put a padlock on my door then called me saying I can't access my home until he comes to meet me there during their business hours. So now I'm locked out of my home. None of this seems right to me. Please let me know
