Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My toddler daughter's father is 25 and is in a sexual relationship with a child that just turned 16. Supposedly her mom is ok with it but I'm not comfortable letting my daughter around that. Is there anything I can do to put a stop to it?

There is nothing you can do to stop the father from dating the young woman. If you have a custody order, you may be able to modify it to have a paragraph that notes that the minor child is not to be around this girl.
