Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I'm trying to keep track of the scum who burglarized my mother's home. He was scheduled for court yesterday after several continuances. Today his docket sheet says, Rule 600 waived, capias to issue, capias revoked, no more continuances. I take it he didn't show up for court, but the capias revoked is throwing me off. Was a warrant issued and then rescinded? Or is there now a warrant and his bail is revoked?
