Traffic stop
Is it legal for the police to search a car if you have a valid driver's license the car was a rental from enterprise and they said the cars inspection was not valid can they pull the person over can the arrest be surpressed

I think the bad inspection sticker would most likely be considered probable cause for the stop. As far as a vehicle search, probable cause may be lacking for that and a court may be willing to suppress any evidence discovered in the search. However, in most of these situations the person who's stopped consents to the search and if that was the case, then it is doubtful that the evidence would be suppressed.
