Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Traffic Violation
How do you get an active violation
off of your record when everything
was taken care of as in paid and
signed. This violation is still showing
as active and is causing loss of job
opportunities and Military issues. We
have copies of everything including
the ticket itself.

I don't know the answer to this. My best guess would be that you would go to the Office of the Magistrate that issued the citation and try to clear it up there.
