Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
transporting alcohol
A defense attorney came to my high school my senior year and we where aloud to ask him and legal questions. One girl asked if you are over 18 are you aloud to transport alcohol. He said you where aloud to transport it just not consume it. Is this true?

I hate to disagree but I think I have to disagree with this. The minor would be in possession while transporting the alcohol and I believe that is enough for a violation.
