Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
trespass
Frequently,I stop on the back parking lot ofa fire deparment, when I get a severe headache,or need to rest.Feb 6,2008,I stopped there to donate blood, but got there too early. I walked from the backlot to the front lot.Finding I was too early,I returned to my car,and a dead battery,I started walking up the street,to call for help. An off duty policeman(township) stopped me saying I was spending excessive time at the fire hall lot,and he was citing me for trespass.

Re: trespass
If you were there to donate blood I don't think you should be cited for trespassing just because you were there early.
