Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Ive never been in the trouble with the law and I want to be a registered nurse. My brother has mental issues and got into a problem in wal mart. That problem esculated to me and I have a misdemeanor. How can I get that of my record? Help plz.
