Can I be in trouble?
If two people who have criminal backgrounds say I drove a car at a time they broke in a house and I didn't could I be in trouble? I have no criminal background

It depends on what you mean by getting in trouble. You may be charged and put on trial and at that point it is your word against theirs. It will come down to who the jury or judge finds more credible.
