Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
when you don't trust the system
who can i write to about a judge or DA, who pick and choose how much time they give a person, knowing they have committed the same crime, as the next person.Does a person need to make a deal in order to get less time?what if they didn't do it,and still get alot of time? i say this because of the rape cases in Delaware County.if you check you will see that some people got less time because they took a deal, and admitted to the crime.Others went to trial or non jury trail and got alot of time because they didn't take a deal,so they was find guilty.

That's the way things work. Pleas are encouraged.
