Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I'm turning 18 on the 20th of Sept and im in PA and I've been paying payment plans for the past two years there's 140$ left im not done paying yet. What will happen when I turn 18? I can still keep doing payment plans or will i have to go to jail?
