Turning myself in
I have to turn myself in on April 25 for a crime i committed...Do i need an attorney with me?

Definitely. By the way, the words "crime I committed" should never be spoken in the presence of anyone other than a Catholic Priest in the privacy of a confessional booth. If you can't afford an attorney get in touch with the Public Defender's Office as soon as possible.

Without more information, yes, you should retain private counsel.
