Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
what type of trouble can i get to by breaking into my grandfathers forclosed house after he has vacated. He has left several very important family memories and heirlooms that my family should have not some random stranger.

You can get into trouble--someone else owns the house, even if a bank or mortgage company or distress buyer Breaking in is Burglary---
Suggest you get an attorney to help--probably would not be terribly expensive
