different types of conflict of interest

is there a conflict of interest for filling a applicant brief to the superior court late, or a law firm actively representing the co-defendent, and last using a person juvinile record now that the person is an adult

Filing an appellate brief late is more the rule than the exception. Representing two defendants is not that unusual in a civil case, but in a criminal case it does present a conflict in most cases. As far as a juvinile record, I think that can be taken into consideration for sentencing purposes.
