I know this 33yr old guy who had sex with a 16yr old girl is this legal? If not then what would the charge be?

Re: Underage girl
I disagree with Atty. Hochberg. The age of consent in Pennsylvania is 16. So, there would NOT be a statutory sexual assault charge if she is 16. The potential charge, however, would be corruption of minors, a first degree misdemeanor.

Re: Underage girl
This is most certainly NOT legal. The age of consent is 18 (or, if the people are within four years of age to each other, 16). The older person here could be charged with a number of serious crimes including statutory sexual assault, a felony of the second degree.
