unjustly arrested

If you had a bech warrant out on you and you weren't adviced by your Parole officer about a court hearing ,is there anything you can do about it legally

On every criminal court hearing there needs to be 'good service.' each county in pa describes or thinks about this in a different way. Good service could be a subpoena or a letter. If there is no could service then the bench warrant is 'non-willful,' and the judge should not punish the person unless they have a long history of bench warrants. The normal bench warrant we hear about is a 'willful' bench warrant and that is when the defendant gets in trouble. Feel free to email if I didn't answer your question. Good luck.
