vacate federal criminal conviction
My husband is currently incarcrated in NC FBOP for illega re-entry his orginal deportation order has been recinded, what motion(s) should be filed--name removed--federal courts for his release His conviction took place in PA.

This can be a complicated matter. It depends on a number of things. Most likely, however, since he is currently in custody his remedy is to file a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus.
