Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Verbaly Binding last

Lets assume for a second that this wasn't a he said she said case and they actually had a somewhat decent case against me. The Matter is over $130.

Now, since the plaintiff had agreed to not press charges if I agreed to pay the cash. I accepted, they accepted my offer and then changed their mind.

Wouldn't the judge throw it out if they admit to it in court, and if he wouldn't throw it out, would it at least help?

Thanks

Re: Verbaly Binding last

Depends on the Judge. For $130 that someone agreed to pay, most would throw it out.
