Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Virginia code 18.2-371.1(B)
If riding in a taxi cab the driver is drunk and driving crazy can he be convicted of the above charge if children are with him? If there parents are present does that make the parents responsible instead of the cab driver??

I'm not familiar with Virginia Law or how it's applied. If no one was harmed, however, it seems to me like it would be a difficult case for the prosecution unless they pulled him over at the time of the offense.
