He illegaly dumped garbage three years ago and failled to appear in court. Now this came back to haunt him. How long can they keep him without setting bail or letting him go?

Re: walking /bench warrant

Until the court schedules a new hearing date, which may take several weeks, or can you retain counsel to request a bail hearing which could be done in less than a week, depending on what county you are in....you need to retain legal counsel as soon as possible!

If you require help in resolving this matter please contact our office at your earliest convenience or number is 412.731.0865. Good luck.

bench warrant

The Court can keep your husband in jail, for failing to appear in Court, until a new trial date has been set. A bail hearing should be requested, if not already done so. You should contact a competent criminal trial lawyer, like myself, for representation on both the failure to appear, and the illegal dumping carges.
