Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I have a warrant out for my arrest for making Terroristic Threats. I don't even know where the charge is coming from. But I am currently on probation. If I go to the courthouse could I be arrested until court ? And the court isn't giving me any information at all they just want me to come down. What are my rights and what should be my next step
