warrant from 30 years ago need help

I have recieved letter from sheriffs office in Bucks county for an warrant issued 30 years ago for Contempt of Court this was for assault and terroristic threats. Where do I go from here and what to expect?

There is no way they are going to actually prosecute you for this, but they are going to go through the motions until you stop it. I suggest you get an attorney ASAP who can take care of this matter for you and get it dismissed.
