weed charges
Can you be arrested if the cops found weed but it wasn't on you and they suspect it is you? will they fingerprint the bag?

No one can predict what the police will do. In my opinion, and from my experience, the cops will not finger print the bag(s) of weed. However, the test for constructive possession in PA is whether you had, "control and dominion" over said weed. If you had control and dominion over the weed, you can be found guilty, finger prints or not.
