Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My wife went to court and the judge made her take a drug test and she failed . He then revoked her bond and ordered her to treatment. She went to jail for 2 weeks and then was sent to impatient rehab for drugs. The rehab is now recommending she go to a halfway house instead of outpatient therapy. Does she have to comply with them or can she go to outpatient on her own ? Her bond was reinstated the day she left for treatment.

The Judge would probably require her to comply with the ewcommendation. She is obviously having a hard time in her fight against addiction.
She really has to commit herself to counter-addiction and you need to push her in that direction, i you will forgive me. There is no"easier, softer way" and she should go to NA when she is in there and after she is out......
The you can have a good life together....which is what I wish you both....
[email protected] Promise me you will let me know how she is doing, and I will send some prayers for both of you....
(NO CHARGE OR THAT!!! : )
Good luck,.
