my wife just found out that she has a warrant for her arrest and charged with F3 theft by unlawful taking movable prop and F3 receiving stolen property. what kind of jail time is she looking at if convicted? this all stems from returning a Budget truck rental late

Fpr starters what county are you talking about. Next what sort of criminal record does she have? Hopefully she hasn't talked to the polce. Also she needs to get a lawyer and clam up.
