Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Witness was never alllowed to testify
My associate of mine was at the ''scene of the crime'' and witnessed the whole event, she provided her information to the police office and even volunteered to be a witness. During my prelimary hearing, the DA witness were brought in but, mine was never notiified and when she tried to show up , my date had been postponed. She is willing to do whateve it takes to give her eyewitness account. I already did the time but I would like to know if her exclusion from my case can be of some assistance in having my record sealed. I was convicted of a felony 2 agg assalt against a police officer.

if thirty days have passed since sentencing, there is nothing you can do, in my opinion. you should contact your lawyer though for this type of question.
