Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
i was a WITNESS to a burglary and i was not informed by the police that if i identified them, that i would be commanded to appear in court. i have received several subpoenas in the mail and have not attended any court dates due to a fear for my safety. i live in a very bad neighborhood and i have already had death threats and gun threats. what are the consequences if i do not appear to any court dates?

You could find yourself in jail for contempt. So contact the Victims Witness organization for your county and ask for their help. That's why they are there.
