Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Woman has child to a minor 5 years ago
When my brother was 13 he had a relationship with a 24 year old woman. She ended up pregnant and she broke it off with my brother for fear of jail. My brother is now 18, she is 30, and the baby is 5. I was wondering if charges can still be brought against her for what she has done.

The statute of limitations would not run out until your brothers 23rd birthday.
