Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
im wondering what all i could be charged with if someone called the cops and said i robbed them for $750.00 with a gun but when asked by cops i told them the truth and said that i didnt robb the guy he gave me themoney and i was supposed to get him drugs but i didnt i kept the money

Under those facts, it sounds like you could be charged with �robbery�. Whether or not this person was telling the truth is almost irrelevant. The police can arrest you based on his story. The fact that your version of the story is different does not prevent the police from charging you with a crime; it simply provides a defense you can use if you are charged.
