work release violatioon
when on work release and a urine test comes back possitive what is the punishment, currently my husband is serving 45 days in for a DUI with work release and then 90 house arrest with work release, will he lose work release indefinitly even once on house arrest?

The answer depends on the Judge. Depending on the Judge, you could have various different outcomes. Also, the outcome or the Judge's view could change depending on what substance the DUI conviction is based and what substance the dirty urine shows.
