Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I was working as a DJ when someone came up and broke my microphone for no reason. They took the mic outside and I followed to get it back. When I stepped outside I was attacked from behind assaulted physically an obtained lots of lacerations and bruising. The actor left the scene before police came. Police took a report and left. Police called several days later refusing to arrest the actor because I left the bar "after" him. I have medical bills, pain and suffering and one day lost wages. How can I proceed to get restitution for those bills
