wreckless end served 6 myh of a 20 month sent rest is to be on parole happened in pa served in pa lived in ny got out and got transferred to ny add out two weeks never met w parole yet as he called and they have not assigned him yet said to keep calling yesterday he got picked up in ny state for open container in ny county jail does this violate parole even though nhe has n=ot actually met w anyone yet and does drinking always violate a parole if it does real question is if he gets back to jail would it be in ny or pa to finish his sentence
