Wrongfull death
A family member was killed in 2002 by a mother and son. The mother was tried and convicted in 2003. The son was recently found not guilty. What is the statute of limitations for filling a wrongfull death suit against one or both of the offending parties?

2 years from date of death, unless the identity of person(s) responsible were discovered after that date, in which case it could arguably be 2 years from date of discovery of identity of responsible party.
