Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I was wrongfully convicted of false swearing, obstruction of justice, and barratry(malicious rumour spreading) in Philadelphia in 2003. I am interested in getting a pardon on the basis of wrongful conviction. Can anyone help or recommend an attorney who can?

You can request a pardon, but pardons are not often granted. Your time to appeal has already passed, so a pardon is your only option. It will cost money, however, and there is no guarantee.
