Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

wrongly convicted?

my husband is jail for something he didn't do! convicted of sexualy molesting my nephew! but he wasn't questioned by the cops never interviewed by them at all!my nephew has changed his story everytime can't remember what happened. they have no evidence but his word. my sister threatned a friend cuz she overheard my nephew joke about someone touchin him at a haunted forest. my sister got wind and called her and said i will make sure you lose your kids if you say anything. so she got scared. my children, husband and i were home that nite. my son told me before my husband was arrested that my nephew had touched him that nite he said that my husband did. so i called the local police they said there was nothing they could do?so i called children and youth and they said they would investigate it but never did? we have documents that state my nephew has made other allegations against his mother's ex-husband? but we couldn't use them at trial. so my real question is what am i to do to help my husband out of this messed up injustice? why didn't the cops talk to my husband? why didn't they help me with my son telling me about my nephew or children and youth? they turned there backs on my whole family! i feel that this is wrong?

Re: wrongly convicted?

You've already posted this one. You need to talk to a private attorney. There is no piece of advice anyone can give you over e-mail that will just make this go away. You will need to hire private counsel.
